In 2015, Jimmy left the independent wrestling scene to write on the creative team for WWE. During his time there, Chris Jericho has credited Jimmy for inventing the List of Jericho.
In 2017, Jimmy returned to in-ring action, and joined the creative team at IMPACT! Wrestling. In 2023, Jimmy accepted a job with All Elite Wrestling where he currently works.
